1. Servers
When we store data from the web application and the app, we follow high European data protection standards.

1.1. Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Frankfurt am Main.

1.2. Who owns your servers?

Our servers belong to Digital Ocean. This international cloud infrastructure provider offers us a reliable basis for working with Craftboxx with its servers in Frankfurt am Main.

2. Databases

2.1. MySQL
MySQL is a widely known and globally used relational database management system. The system is open source.

2.2. Redis
Redis is an in-memory database and has a simple key-value data structure.

3. Data backup

We back up our customers' data internally. However, there’s no specific backup policy. Data deleted by customers themselves can’t be restored.

4. Instances

We don’t store data in individual instances for each customer. We save all data in one large database.

5. Data limits

Individual files uploaded to the planner can have a maximum size of 25MB. The total data limit for all uploads is set at 128MB.

6. Storage of customer uploads

The data uploaded into Craftboxx by customers is also hosted in Frankfurt am Main with Digital Ocean.
